Ms. Cotti graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Minor in Finance at Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. For over a decade she had a successful career as an accountant, serving both individuals and small to medium sized businesses. While working as an accountant building a position of trust with clients, she reaffirmed her commitment to public service and developed her vocation for working with vulnerable clients.

Ms. Cotti obtained her Juris Doctor Cum Laude from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law. She worked as a Solo Practitioner Attorney gaining ample experience in various divisions of the field of law.

Through her passionate representation, arduous work, refined skills, and unbreakable commitment, Ms. Cotti was able to provide excellent results to her clients. Her access to justice and devotion to its system enabled her to fully envision the importance of both dignity and the value of human life.
