Ms. Marivi Rodriguez earned her JD from NSU Shepard Broad College of Law in 2017. During Law School, she interned at the DOJ and EOIR as a Judicial Clerk under the Honorable Melinda Brown in the 17th Judicial Circuit. In 2016-2017, Ms. Rodriguez led the NSU Moot Court Society as Chief Justice and competed in the ABA NAAC Moot Court Competition in 2016 and 2017. Furthermore, Ms. Rodriguez was the Associate Technical Editor of the ILSA Journal for International and Comparative Law.

 

Ms. Rodriguez aggressively strives for justice for her client's injuries.

She has represented clients in hundreds of accidents resulting in brain trauma, spinal cord damage, burns, amputations, and fractures. She works diligently to seek compensation on behalf of wrongfully injured individuals due to others' neglect.
