Ms. Rodriguez was born in Havana, Cuba. She moved to Miami at the age of 10 and has been residing in Miami, Florida since. Ms. Rodriguez graduated from Florida International University in Miami, Florida in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. In 2022, she graduated from Appalachian School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor.
