Mr. Simon Morales is a member of the Florida Bar and focuses on the practice of Criminal Defense. Mr. Morales graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminology. He earned his J.D and LL.M from the University of Miami School of Law.

While in law school, Mr. Morales worked as a Certified Legal Intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office and received extensive clinical experience in Immigration and Federal Appellate Law. Mr. Morales has received awards for his academic achievements and commitment to public service. Mr. Morales’s mantra is: “mistakes should not define who we are.”

Through hard work, aggressive tactics, and strategic problem-solving, Mr. Morales helps his clients become more than the sum of their mistakes. Mr. Morales is dedicated to his clients and the practice of law. He believes that everyone should be given the opportunity for a second chance and strives daily to obtain one for his clients.

Mr. Morales is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and is fluent in English and Spanish.
