Mr. Richard C. Petryk was born in the Emerald City, otherwise known as Seattle, Washington. After attending elementary school in Portland, Oregon, Mr. Petryk moved with his family to Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where he attended middle and high school. Upon graduating from high school, Mr. Petryk relocated with his family to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where he would attend Nova University (which would become Nova Southeastern University) as an undergraduate and law student.

Mr. Petryk has been practicing law for over 33 years and focuses on criminal defense and traffic matters.

Mr. Pertyk is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and is fluent in English.
