Mr. Mizrahi was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. In 2007 along his family he moved to the United States making Florida his home. Mr. Mizrahi went on to attend the Florida State University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Economics and Political Science and his Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.

Prior to joining Alex Hanna Law, Mr. Mizrahi worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office for two years. Mr. Mizrahi handled hundreds of criminal cases from their inception to their disposition. During his tenure, Mr. Mizrahi zealously advocated for victims of crimes and proudly represented the People of the State of Florida. Mr. Mizrahi gained significant experience conducting jury trials to verdict, defending depositions, arguing motions and conducting criminal investigations. Mr. Mizrahi went on to work for the Juvenile Division of the State Attorney’s Office while always having a clear goal in mind “to be fair and always seek to find the truth.”

With his previous experience as a Prosecutor, Mr. Mizrahi gained valuable knowledge that helps him develop case strategies, potential defenses and ways the prosecution will try to prove their case since he has been “on the other side”.

Mr. Mizrahi strongly believes in the United States Constitution and in protecting the Constitutional Rights of his clients.
