Matthew Báez, Esq.
Attorney Matthew Báez concentrates his practice in immigration law. He is a member of the Florida Bar. As an immigration attorney, he focuses his practice on removal defense, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, asylum and other related claims.
Attorney Matthew Báez was originally from Queens, New York before moving with his family to Orlando, Florida. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with honors, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2013. In 2016, Mr. Báez received his Juris Doctor from the Barry University School of Law in Orlando.
As someone of Puerto-Rican and Ecuadorian descent, Mr. Báez' passion for Immigration Law stems from his family. His family immigrated from Ecuador in the 1970’s where his grandparents made the American dream possible for their children, and future generations.
After graduating from law school, he was admitted to practice law in Florida. Prior to joining Alex Hanna Law, Mr. Báez worked for immigration firms in Orlando and Miami where he specialized in business immigration including employer-based visa applications and family-based petitions.
Mr. Báez speaks English and Spanish and is looking forward to helping families pursue their dreams.
