Jeanney Lee is an experienced immigration attorney representing clients in a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based and employment-based petitions, applications for permanent residence, consular processing, asylees and refugees who are fleeing persecution, individuals who were subject to abuse or victims of crime, or seeking relief in immigration court and USCIS Adjudicating Officers.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Lee worked for a nonprofit agency, where she assisted newly arrived refugees to find a secure path towards self-sufficiency and fulfill their American Dreams within a supportive community. Ms. Lee worked hundreds of hours of pro bono to provide benefits to the community, which might otherwise not be available.

Ms. Lee graduated cum laude from the University of the South, Sewanee, with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. She also graduated cum laude and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School specializing in International law.

Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Lee served as an Assistant State Attorney at the State Attorney's Office for Miami-Dade County. After serving several years as a prosecutor, Ms. Lee worked in an international commercial law practice as a mergers and acquisitions attorney in Korea. Since returning to the U.S., Ms. Lee's practice has focused on immigration law and advocacy.

Ms. Lee is passionate about helping her community and those dreaming of fulling the American Dream. Her background in criminal law helps her find relief for clients with criminal records. Ms. Lee believes in second chances and strives to help her clients every day.

Ms. Lee is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and fluent in English and Korean.
