Mrs. Jacqueline Gutierrez was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Mrs. Gutierrez attended Florida International University (FIU) where she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and International Relations. Mrs. Gutierrez became a Director of the Alternative Breaks program at FIU, a program that focuses on creating active citizens through diversity, education, and leadership. She developed a passion for helping the communities that surrounded her and beyond.

Mrs. Gutierrez continued her studies at Nova Southeastern University College of Law. Mrs. Gutierrez served as President of the Public Interest Law Society where she committed herself to public service through community service, fundraising, educational, and social events. Mrs. Gutierrez also became a community advocate through the Guardian ad Litem Program for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit where she helped support abused, abandoned, and neglected children.

Mrs. Gutierrez served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Tim Bailey at The Unified Family Court Division of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. She developed an understanding of the process of judicial decision-making by observing the function of Family Court and understanding the litigation process from the perspective of the Judiciary. Mrs. Gutierrez’s rooted passion in Family Law became a pursuit and she has since handled many cases including but not limited to Dissolution of Marriage, Child Custody and Support, Name Changes, Adoptions, and Paternity Suits.

Mrs. Gutierrez strives to help clients throughout the most difficult times of their lives with compassion and empathy. Her mission in life is to help her community one family at a time.
