Ms. Fabiola Robayo is the Department Chief in our Immigration Department. Ms. Robayo is originally from Puerto Rico and moved to the United States to study at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Management with a concentration on International Business. She continued her studies at Florida Coastal School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctor degree with a legal specialty in International and Comparative Law.

During law school, Ms. Robayo was part of the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic and the Family Law Clinic. Prior to joining Alex Hanna Law, Ms. Robayo worked at a boutique law firm where she focused on Immigration Law, Family Law, and Bankruptcy.

Ms. Robayo has experience in a wide range of immigration matters such as waivers, family-based petitions, citizenship, business immigration, and removal defense.

Ms. Robayo is a passionate immigration attorney and strives to provide her clients with the best possible legal representation to help them achieve legal status in the United States. Her strategic mindset, passionate attitude, and devotion to her clients make her an excellent attorney.

Ms. Robayo is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is fluent in English and Spanish.
