Since her admittance to the Florida Bar in 1987, Ms. Andrea Newman has worked diligently for her clients with empathy as her core tenet. Ms. Newman understands that each client is unique and wants something different and has the flexibility and tenacity to accommodate each client's desires diligently.
Some clients want the divorce over quickly to move on to the next phase of their life. Some clients need more time to think about it. Some clients need to go to court because their spouse is unreasonable or vindictive. Some people want an out-of-court settlement. Some people want to avoid attorneys and use the process of mediation. Ms. Newman brings 33 years of experience in Family Law matters where she has faced a wide range of issues including but not limited to Divorce, Paternity, Dependency, Termination of Parental Rights, Timesharing Modifications, and Child Support Issues.
Ms. Newman's goal is to provide caring, high-quality representation to people going through a divorce or struggling for their children. Her goal is to build trust with her clients by listening to them, caring about their needs, and championing their rights. Whatever her client's family needs are, Ms. Newman is prepared to advocate on their behalf.
Ms. Newman is licensed to practice in the state of Florida and is fluent in English.
