Mr. Martinez practices Family Law and helps client settle issues related to divorce, paternity, child support, alimony, and more. Mr. Martinez was conferred his Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy at Florida International University and his Juris Doctor degree at Florida International University College of Law.
Before joining Alex Hanna Law, P.A., Mr. Martinez had a successful career of over fifteen years teaching students language arts in the classroom for the Archdiocese of Miami and for Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
Having worked with children for most of his professional life, Mr. Martinez personally and deeply understands all the tangible and intangible components of the environments with which families and their children contend today. Combined with the tools of law, he knows well the impacts of the legal decisions many parents have to face and how they affect our most vulnerable citizens.
Mr. Martinez advocates for his clients zealously toward a resolution for any family law issues with competence, diligence, and a level of understanding that only comes from both legal scholarship and from a lifetime of personal involvement with thousands of families and their children.
