Mayra Kadzinski, Esq.

Ms. Kadzinski has over 20 years of experience helping families and corporations navigate the complex US immigration system. Born in El Salvador, she immigrated to the US as a child, where she lived in Chicago.
Ms. Kadzinski received her J.D. degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, where she also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. She attended the University of Miami in the LLM International Law program in 2001. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001 and has been practicing employment litigation and all facets of immigration for the past 20 years.
Ms. Kadzinski practiced employment law for over 10 years, helping individuals and small companies litigate discrimination cases in Federal court under the various federal and state overtime and discrimination statutes. She represented hundreds of employees against government and large corporations under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, and State & Local statutes, for discriminatory employment practices and overtime violations. She litigated cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in D.C., 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the US District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
More recently, Ms. Kadzinski has focused exclusively on employment and family immigration. She has processed: EB1, EB2, EB3-based green-cards with an emphasis on PERM Labor Certifications; E, L, & H1B visas; O and P visas, with an emphasis on international athletes and professional coaches; Represented respondents before Immigration Court, BIA, and 11th Circuit in asylum and removal cases; Processed family petitions before USCIS and US consulates in Europe and Americas; Prepared and obtained extreme hardship waivers-both provisional and non-provisional.
She has lived in France and Argentina where she has family residing, and visits Poland frequently, where she also has family. Extensive travel has given her an appreciation and understanding for all cultures, beliefs, and communication styles
