Cheyenne Rodriguez, Esq.

Immigration Attorney

Originally from Maldonado, Uruguay, Mr. Rodriguez immigrated to the United States at the age of six. Mr. Rodriguez was raised in Miami where his parents emphasized the importance of being bilingual. Mr. Rodriguez attended Nova Southeastern University for both his Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor.

Being a first-hand witness to his parents navigating the arduous pathways of immigration law to settle in the United States, Mr. Rodriguez was inspired to join the profession to offer the help that most people deserve. Mr. Rodriguez believes that emigrating from any country is not an easy decision nor one that is taken lightly; and that those seeking the best possible future for their families seek a noble goal.

Before joining Alex Hanna Law, Mr. Rodriguez gained extensive experience working at a global corporate firm where he prepared an array of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant processes. Prior to this, Mr. Rodriguez worked at a boutique immigration firm catering to athletes and the world’s elite in their fields. In both of these locations, Mr. Rodriguez was fortunate to have been mentored by successful attorneys that saw his potential.

Outside work, Mr. Rodriguez is a die-hard soccer fan, specifically of three-time world champions Peñarol, enjoys traveling, gaming, and spending time with family and friends.
