Lisa de la Fé practices in the Immigration Department. Her primary areas of practice are Family-Based Immigration, Business Immigration, Asylum and Refugee Law, Deportation Defense, and Immigration Appeals. She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, Lisa served as a Judicial Law Intern for a District Court Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and as a Judicial Law Intern for the Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). In addition, Lisa also interned for the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the United States Attorney's Office (USAO). In 2016, Lisa was elected as an Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. For her undergraduate studies, Lisa attended Florida State University on a full-tuition scholarship from the Kiwanis of Little Havana Foundation and earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. Lisa is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and licensed to practice in the State of Florida.
